Domestic Shipping

USPS is our preferred carrier because of their speedy service and Saturday deliveries. They also allow us to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Orders received by 11am PST, Mon-Sat, will be shipped out that same day.

Shipping costs for Priority Mail are a flat rate of $10. Most Priority packages arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment. It is rare, but there are occasional delays. If you require a guaranteed delivery date please use Express Mail.

USPS Express Mail is available for all domestic orders for a flat rate of $30. Orders using this method are guaranteed to arrive the next business day in most major cities or 2 days at the most, if placed by 10 AM EST. Internet orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.  A signature will be required upon delivery for Express Mail packages.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the following territories:

  • Western Europe
  • Scandinavian Countries
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • Hong Kong
  • Japan.

International customers can choose USPS AirMail, which arrives in 7-15 business days to most countries. The price is a flat rate of $30. Please note that the time your package will take to clear customs can vary from time to time and country to country.

For speedier delivery USPS International Express mail will deliver your package within about a week to most locations for a flat rate of $40.

Customs: Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars.

Should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Parallel along with a 20% restocking fee.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand if you need to return/exchange the item. Please feel free to contact us with merchandise questions or return policy questions at 503-274-8882. Please read instructions carefully on the return policy.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials, including garment bags. Returns received after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Footwear. Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.

Returns of discounted items can be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange, no refunds. Items purchased at 60% or more off the original prices are considered final sale and are not returnable.

You will receive an email notification with all the details of your return once it has been processed which normally takes approximately 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card holder may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Misc

There is no sales tax in the State of Oregon. And since Parallel is only located in Oregon, we are able to ship our goods to you without charging tax. Please shop and enjoy!
